What started off as a pop-cool hangout run by Bruce Willis, Arnold Schwarzenegger, Sylvester Stallone and friends has become a global brand -- a franchise phenomenon that has far eclipsed the notoriety (and career longevity) of its famous owners. Part theme park restaurant and bar, part movie memorabilia storage space, part celebrity launching pad, Las Vegas' version of Tinseltown for tourists is located on the infamous Las Vegas Strip at Caesars Forum Shops. As you'll see by the logo-brandishing gift shop, array of costumes and autograph signings, "Hollywood" has expanded its universe to now include stars from pro sports and the music biz. Picture perfect place to chill and kick back with friends and golden age icons.

Planet Hollywood Dinner
By ridewithdan on 09/16/2007
Planet Hollywood has the best food and we always start with the world's famous Chicken Crunch (chicken tenders breaded with Captain Crunch cereal) . This trip to our favorite restaurant was fabulous and I had the St. Loius style Ribs and my wife had the Mahi-Mahi . The food and the service was excellent .

Rude servers and Mediocre food
By cheekymonkey478 on 01/28/2006
We decided to give Planet Hollywood another chance after a less than stellar experience in the summer. What a mistake that was!! Our server, Chelsea, exuded an air of indifference and unfriendliness and is by far and away one of the WORST servers we have ever encountered. The sodas we ordered were flat, watery and had no fizz. When I told her that they were undrinkable, she told me "The soda gun makes it that way". It would have been nice to know that before we ordered a soda or even better, tell a manager so that it could be repaired!!! She brought us water and in her haste to set the glasses on the table so she could go hang out by the stairs with the other servers, she set one side of my glass on a plate. If I hadn't caught it, the glass would have dumped into my new Coach purse. She obviously doesn't have the people skills to be in food service in Vegas. I have had better service at Denny's. I know that the menu is not what brings people into Planet Hollywood, but one would think that a turkey club sandwich would have more that 2 very thin slices of turkey and a whole lot of lettuce. I now know why this place is NEVER busy-the service is BAD. Do not waste your time, there are literally 100's of GOOD restaurants less than mile from Planet Hollywood. If you like movie memorablia, have a drink at the bar, I don't think they could screw that up too much. On second thought, they probably will find a way...
