The first Playboy Club since the 1980s is open in Vegas. Hefs familiar silk-robe, pipe-smoking image hangs as a portrait over a working fireplace and that rabbit logo is subtly impressed on everything from the carpet to glass dividers, cushion buttons and even on the nail heads at this sexy club atop the Palms Fantasy Tower. Exclsuive gaming tables are scattered throughout the floor with Playboy Club Bunny dealers. With the lighting effects, furniture and the view (of the Strip and the ladies), the Playboy Club at the Palms is definitely one of the sexiest Vegas nightlife experiences.

The playboy club only lives up to its adolescent image as a teen want-a-be to its unheralded and forgotten predeccessor, Ghostbar. Although, the Palms presesnts itself as a new and hip image, the only thing the Playboy Club does is indulge itself within... itself. There is nothing more than a dark room with fancy chairs and expensive booze. Forget about service, these "playgirls" don't have the permission of the management to to even smile at a guest without a Grey Goose bottle or a comp. Listen, if you want to get the guys to spend, you have to get the guys to want to be there. Sorry George, I 'll pay $4.99 for the mag at 7-11 before I pay $11 for a watered down Captain and Coke....
