*Online reservations are for our dining room only, not the café. Wolfgang Puck's Postrio Bar & Grill introduces an exciting new concept and menu plus a stunning new look! Located at The Venetian?s Grand Canal Shoppes in St. Mark?s Square, Postrio Bar & Grill presents a contemporary version of the classic "bar and grill" in a spectacular, new setting. The restaurant offers casual as well as sophisticated fine dining that can be enjoyed either as a relaxed, leisurely dining experience or as a comfortable, quick-bite. The new menu accentuates Puck?s trademark standards for creating incomparable tastes and features soups, salads and small bites, wood-oven baked pizzas and calzone, handmade pastas, enticing entrees and meats and fish from the mesquite grill. Signature dishes include the popular Lobster Club Sandwich with Apple Wood smoked bacon; Beer Battered Fish and Chips; Prime Burger with Vermont cheddar and red onion marmalade; and Prime Ribeye Steak with brandy mustard sauce.

Magnificent
By Chrisoler on 04/05/2009
My wife and I had a wonderful experience. We dined inside, which I recommend. I had the schnitzel and in trying to describe the plate to someone else I could only say it was like watching the Food Network, but getting to taste the dish. No two bites had to be the same; there was a contrast of flavors all of which enhanced the schnitzel. We felt the kitchen was cooking for us, not simply churning out food. Silly, perhaps, but we'll be back every time we go to Vegas.

Excellent (as usual)

Wolfgang's menu is superb. If you're used to meatloaf or "normal" veggies, or come from someplace in Indiana or Nebraska, don't bother. This is cutting edge food for serious foodies. Wolfgang features asian influences and pays tribute to his Austrian roots. I would welcome a similar restaurant in New York. Wolf, are you listening?

Won't Go Again

Our Margueritas were so sour we sent them back. The "snitzlel" and potato salad left A LOT TO BE DESIRED. YUK! The shrimp cocktail was excellent. The shrimp were crisp, perfectly cooked. The choices on the menu were not much to choose from. would I go there again--no.
