BEST HOTEL ON THE STRIP

WE HAVE STAYED THREE TIMES. GREAT FOOD GREAT ROOMS PRIVATE SUITE ENTRANCE WAS KILLER!! HUGE POOLS ONE TOPLESS BATHING ONLY FOR ADULTS ONLY GREAT SPA TOO

wynn has horrible customer service. we had to wait 10 to 15 minutes to check in when there were less then 5 people standing in line. then on top of that they give us two smoking rooms with kind beds when we had requested two non-smoking with double beds. this was for my bachelorette party and it was so disappointing. also, we called concierge for directions and they told us to come all the way down through the casino to come pick it up and when we went down they didn't even do it. the list goes on.. do not stay here
