Bellagio Hotel   

We checked into our room, and it was already occupied with a young couple. Got into a new room, refridgerator broken. We awoke to construction noise next morning. Checked out and had items charged to our acct! Hotel front desk VERY RUDE!!! They offered us 2 free nights. We went back there, and ate at the Buffet. They served me a rotten piece of chicken. Immediately I felt sick and vomited all over the table. Ran to the bathroom, where attendant laughed and said "that happens all the time" The hotel refused to admit to other complaints about the rancid meat. Told me I was a liar, and tried to settle with me with a free night & dinner... I will NEVER go back there

I have stayed at the Bellagio 2-3 times a year for the past 3 years! It is an absolutely fabulous place,with all the ammenities you could ever need! The service is first rate,even the room service is top quality!There have been trips that I never left the hotel! The staff has been courtious and attentive,taking care of anything that has been asked for! It spoiles you towards any other hotel! IT'S A MUST!!

It's beautiful outside and even more beautiful inside. The gardens are spetacular year round for every season and holiday.
