Buckingham Smokehouse Bar BQ   

With no barbecue reputation of its own, Las Vegas has imported many of its best BBQ eateries, among them the famed Buckingham Smokehouse. Known as the one of the best dining spots in the Ozarks, Buckinghams famed rodeo pig logo has never been spotted outside of Missouri until now. The baby back ribs, beef brisket and pulled pork are smoked for 18 hours, resulting in flavorful meats that are tender and moist. Two sauces are available, one spicy, one sweet. Other popular choices include the smoked ham, smoked salmon, and even a hickory-smoked Philly sandwich. Perhaps the most unique menu item is Brunswick Stew, a meat and vegetables medley made from a recipe that dates back to the Civil War. The South may have lost, but they definitely had better cooks.
