In ShortThe elegantly grand dining room boasts European- and Chinese-inspired decor at every turn. Dramatic, patterned curtains grace the large windows from top to bottom--only to be upstaged by the view of the spectacular Bellagio dancing-fountain show. Chef Phillip Lo's menu is adventurous, using French influences to re-create classic Chinese dishes. The Chilean sea bass is roasted in delicate rose dew wine with a light ginger soy, lotus root and asparagus.

Spectacular
Went to the cafe and was treated like royalty by Chris, the manager. Food was excellent and presentation was great. Had to get dessert even though I was stuffed. This is fine dining at it's best. Service was great and I would definitely return. I had trouble picking what I wanted from the menu and wouldn't mind trying another choice.
