California Hotel & Casino   

Food and portions at the Market Street Cafe were great! We were staying in a condo near the strip, but drove here for all our meals after trying it the first time. We've eaten on the strip many trips before and the prices were twice as much as here . But we were here for the Hawaiian Lei Festival in May 2007 and came to the restaurant to eat. The gaming is nice at the casino and the employees everywhere have the "Aloha" spirit. Next trip we plan to stay at the hotel, too.

When I walked in I was pleasently supprised. not some typical casino I felt at ease where i can come relax and feel good with the smiles on there faces and a hop in there steps... will return just to visit again

on a busy saturday night took my sisters from out of town to local market street grill/wait no problem/ table on the mezzanine no problem/food terrible the worst ever there in 13 years living here the prime rib was so bad my sister could not cut it with a steak knife let along try to chew it!!food barely warm waiter german accent/very rude/non caring/tried to charge more needs a new job/was very embarassed to take my out of town relatives here!!
