Chocolate Swan   

Las Vegas couldn't be happier to host the Wisconsin chocolatier: The Swan is a full-fledged chocolate paradise with a menu of cakes, pies, tortes, cheesecakes and desert bars, not to mention the truffles and pastries that are already making it one of the top dessert destinations in town. After drooling over cases filled with the rich goodies, visitors can either take their sinful creations to go, or dine in the eatery, which is done up in country decor. The shop's signature creation (and also its most popular) is the "Death By Chocolate," a concoction with four layers of devil's food, three layers of chocolate Vienna cream and topped off with a classic French chocolate butter cream. For those who need a little lift, try the cappuccino torte, with three layers of chocolate sponge, two layers of Cafe Chantilly and a classic cappuccino Italian butter cream. Also a favorite are the Swan's chocolate eclairs, which come in three sizes, the largest enough to feed a small family. The chocolatier also makes its own frozen custard and chocolate fudge.
