Fireside   

Located on the fifth floor dining plaza of the Imperial Palace pagoda tower, the Fireside restaurant brings that taste of the Southwest to the Strip. Home-style barbecue is served alongside an impressive selection of steaks and seafood to create a flavorful menu that's ideal for any occasion. Hefty combination platters are led by traditional favorites like half and full slabs of ribs, tender brisket and tangy chops. Flame broiled steaks, pan-seared scallops and grilled chicken breasts round out the dinner-only lineup. Exposed brick walls, copper ceiling tiles, lantern-style wall sconces and a fully functional water wall help to provide a comfortable dining atmosphere for guests. A decorative fireplace in the middle of the restaurant adds a touch of romance.
