Lindo Michoacan brings the flavors of this region to Las Vegas, as prepared by Javier Barajas, who grew up in Michoacan and mastered the secrets of the cuisine. Choose from meat, chicken and seafood specialties, or traditional dishes such as tacos and burritos, from a large menu. Specialties include Chuletas Amador (broiled pork chops marinated in a secret blend of ingredients), Carnitas (pork marinated with fresh oranges and spices), and Birria de Chivo (a Mexican staple, made with goat meat and dried chiles, spices and beer).
