Founded in 1982, the PTs Pub chain is one Happy Meal away from challenging McDonalds as Las Vegass most omnipresent dining chain. And like the Golden Arches each PTs offers the same choices in fairly consistent settings. If you love one youll love them all. Theres something to be said for unique, but theres also something to be said for consistency. With PTs, customers can count on cheap drinks, tasty burgers, video poker at the bar, and near continuous promotions that encourage repeat business. For those who already knew all that, heres another interesting nugget they do a great Monte Cristo here, and thats something you cant find on every corner. David Hofstede

Blue Ox (West Sahara)

One of the nicest and quietest bars in Vegas. The food is great and the servers are very friendly. If you want some cold beer or a nice drink and some time to gather your thoughts after a hectic day; This is the place.

False advertisement of food
By dawnettam on 12/29/2007
I ordered pot stickers which was suppose to come with its own dipping sauce, with Asian coleslaw with a dressing for the salad, as an appetiser for lunch. The Asian coleslaw was nothing more than shredded cabbage out of the bag, drench in Asian dressing. The pot stickers were hard and crunchy like they had been baked instead on soft and saute'.Instead of a dipping sauce for the pot stickers, they served the dressing for the salad as the dipping sauce. The best place I have found to have lunch in a bar restaurant is Magoo's and Big Dog's. They have been consisent and honest in their descriptions of what to expect with the food order. The waitress did not once asked how was my meal? For the money I would have preferred to have gone to the restaurants already listed or Applebees, Macaroni Grill or the Outback. Plus the ice tea was instant instead of brewed.
