Rosati's Pizza   

For more than 30 years, the Rosati family has served its delectable pizzas in Chicago, a town where they know the difference between quality and rubbish. Though the place may not have the national reputation of a Nancy's or a Pizzeria Uno, Rosati's has a large loyal following and is equally adept at the deep-dish style that the Windy City made famous, and the traditional thin crust pies that can be topped 17 different ways. There's also a 'double-dough' pizza, extra-thick with a hand-rolled edge. Ask any Chicagoan and he'll tell you it's the sausage that makes or breaks a hometown pizza, and at Rosati's all the meat toppings have the requisite spicy zing.
