Venetian Resort Hotel Casino   

best casino and hotel on the strip....bar none!!!!!

Both of the Venetian's casinos are the best on the Strip. They have the absolutely friendliest dealers and pit bosses of any of the casinos. Nice decor, etc. To make them 6-star casinos, they should have no-smoking rooms for all games!

I made our reservation after making sure that the person I was talking to understood the fact that I was Handicapped and had a problem walking. She assured me that they would accommidate my problems. When we arrived our room was in the farthest tower and at the far end of the hall. The next morning they moved us to a closer room and was told by the manager that we would recieve $100.00 off our Bill for our trouble. In the new room they put us in, the maid never changed the sheets for 3 days. We also had to call maintenance for several problems,i.e.( bath tub would not drain), Shampoo, etc. again we were promised another hundred dollars off our bill. My wife and I became very ill and had to call room service for 3 toasted cheese sandwiches, a cup of tea and two small bottles of water. We were charged over $ 100.00. We had to come home early and they would not refund our two remaining days. The people were very nice and the hotel is beautiful. It is definitely not for senior citizens or the handicapped. I also expected much more from a five star hotel. I wonder who rated this hotel and when. I will not recommend this hotel or return.
