Elegant and world class
By zlawoffice on 03/11/2007
My wife and I have been dining in Las Vegas for over 30 years. Alize is absolutely one of the best ever-and not just in Vegas. The romance and food is beyond compare in this day and age. The service is usually outstanding, but we do occasionally get a waiter that is intrusive but probably well meaning. I could go through the history of the outstanding restaurants in Vegas, but rest assured that Alize is above them all-except for the wonderful dining memories of the old Vegas. Go once and you'll deream of the food untli you go back.

Romantic Dinner 12-28-06
By marina1827 on 12/29/2006
While visiting from New York City, my boyfriend and I decided to go for a romantic dinner. It was probably the best dining experience that we've had. The atmosphere is very romantic and the view is incredible. The service is fantastic and the waiter was very attentive and polite. The food was excellently prepared and worth every penny.

Superb dining
By rsllta on 01/19/2005
I've experienced Alize twice, once with just two of us and once at a business dinner with about two dozen people. The latter situation often is an invitation to disaster in a fine dining venue, but the chefs and staff at Alize pulled it off well. The Sole Veronique is superb, and a huge portion especially considering the expense of fresh Dover Sole. My Vegas dining experience goes back to the days of the Palace Court at Caesar's and Monte Carlo Room at the Desert Inn...Alize is the best I've found!
