In our sparkling desert of steakhouses, one rule seems to apply: wherever you plant it, however you advertise it, you better make it noticeable. No matter how you get out that steak knife and slice it, Bally's inviting version really isn't. Tucked into a claustrophobic corner, the Steakhouse offers cozy, subdued dining with the few others who have managed to follow your trail through the casino to their table. Once you're there, however, things start looking up. With warm, dark wood and a private Victorian club feel throughout, Sherlock Holmes could wander out of the kitchen at any moment, puffing a pipe and talking filets. But there's no mystery here. With a variety of entrees, Bally's serves up refreshing takes on old originals. There is grilled porterhouse with bourbon maple butter, N.Y. sirloin with smoked tomato chutney and even jumbo shrimp flambe with pepper vodka. Follow it up with a chocolate macadamia tart and it all seems quite elementary, my dear Watson. The Steakhouse is worth honing your detective skills to find.

Had a wonderful surf and turf meal there. Tender, flavorful steak & trimmings. Great service. Taste of their Banana Cream Pie (was too full for more than a taste)...I'll eat there again !

I am concerned as to why you don't have P.F. Chang's china Bistro on your listings. They're the best. Please list them. Thank you G.Y.

Pretty average fare. You could easily do as well in some "chain" steakhouses. Service was fine
