Welcome to the vibrant, modern Mexican restaurant overlooking the Lazy River just off Mandalay Beach, where Chefs Mary Sue Milliken and Susan Feniger, Food Network?s ?Too Hot Tamales?, want nothing more than to spice up your day. With two floors of patio dining, this hip, urban cantina is the perfect setting for sipping margaritas and savoring the bold flavors of Mexico while enjoying views of the beach and pool.

Border Grill is AMAZING! :]

their cheese quesadillas & guacomale are both VERY delicious! It is a very big and spacey restaurant no matter where you are sitting. However the misters outside are a little annoying...overall a great modern mexican restaurant, friendly workers, and great service.

Unfortunate Experience
By joeko83 on 03/26/2007
I am sorry to say that I had a terrible experience at Border Grill. After looking at the menu online, I was very excited. However, the evening was one disappointment after another. Our order was taken incorrectly, dishes came out at different times, service was impossibly slow, and, most importantly, the food was simply not impressive. The food was not bad, per se, but it is the type of Mexican food I expect from a small, family owned taqueria where I am paying $1.69 per taco. The prices are far in excess of what I pay at Frontera Kitchen in Chicago, which is one of the premier Mexican establishments in the US, but the food does not even come close to what it should be. If you want excellent southwestern cuisine in Vegas, go to MESA Grill at Caesar's. You will not be disappointed there, and you won't pay anymore than you will at Border Grill.
