In ShortThe restaurant's focal point is its clubby lounge, cherished by the trendsetting crowd of regulars and business travelers. The environment is inviting, with plush leather chairs and couches, beige-colored walls and dim lighting. The dining room follows suit with an understated elegance captured by a distinctively European-influenced decor. The menu is an intriguing blend of cutting-edge sophistication and Old World style. Meals can be complemented with tannic cabernets from the enormous list of bottles.

The Worst
By Qbmeriff on 07/04/2008
I had the worst experience of my life here with my family. We were guess of the Four Seasons in the process of relocating to LV. If the manager of the Four Seasons didn't intervene that evening, we never would have had dinner. The next day we got n apology from the Four Seasons, but nothing from Charlie Palmer. There are many fine steak restaurants in Las Vegas, and I would just about suggest any of them, and tell any one who asks about Charlie Palmer's (or any of his other restaurants) to go elsewhere.

Won't Be Back
By stphnmnstr on 01/03/2007
Prior to taking in a show, dinner was scheduled for Charlie Palmer's. Poor Bartending, Food and Wait Staff made for a completely horrible pre-show dinner. Actually had to ask (what turned out to be the manager) for a menu! Yeah, that's great service right there....not. Sorry Mandalay Bay, but it was absolutely awful. We'll be back as we are locals, but we don't endorse Charlie's.
