In ShortShimmering light plays off bulbous bottles that line deep, rich, earth-toned walls. Tree sculptures and bowls of fruit around the dining room add a natural element. Like the decor, natural ingredients are key: Sauteed Nantucket scallops touched with white wine taste right out of the water, and succulent short ribs melt on the palate. Sides include leek gratin potatoes and vibrant green sauteed spinach. The dreamy Creamsicle cheesecake should not be missed.

Absolutely the most tender, flavorful melt in your mouth steak I have ever had. The attentive but unobstrusive service is also top notch. Very pricey but worth money.
Try the Corn when in Season!
Excellent steakhouse & service! During its special season the corn is extremely memorable. I am salivating just thinking of it! MGM is a great place to dine for that special occasion.
Best little steak house in Las Vegas.
The Filet was the most tender and flavorful steak that I have had. The Lobster Bisque was outstanding with big chunks of lobster. There are many-many-many kinds of wine and they are all wonderful to the palate.
