Award-winning chef Daniel Boulud has teamed up with well known Vegas chef Philippe Rispoli to bring upscale French cuisine to the Wynn Las Vegas Resort and Casino. The luxurious setting is specifically designed for romance, with white tablecloths covering each table, soft lighting used throughout the dining room and spectacular views of the waterfalls that cascade into the hotel pond. If you want to get an even better view of the pond, ask for a seat on the expansive outdoor patio. The menu at Daniel Boulud Brasserie features many traditional French dishes, along with numerous innovate dishes that have the modern touches that you would expect from a Boulud eatery. Appetizers are as impressive as the entrees, with such choices as lobster served with melons and curry-lime vinaigrette. Entrees are artfully presented on clean white platters and are lead by Boulud's signature dishes like beefsteak tomato with fromage blanc and spiced tuna steak.
