Chef Emeril Lagasse has done it again - this time on the Las Vegas strip! Located in The Venetian Resort Hotel & Casino, Delmonico Steakhouse is a classic American steakhouse with Creole influences. Emeril's newest establishment takes its name from the legendary, century-old New Orleans institution, Delmonico Restaurant & Bar. Join us for lunch or dinner in one of our stylish, elegant dining rooms, or stop by for a cocktail in the lounge. Remember the time when lunch was an event, cocktail hour was not to be missed & dinner with friends was a joy. At Delmonico Steakhouse, we remember. Although walk-ins can be accommodated, reservations are highly recommended. Our dress policy is business casual with no tank tops for men. Sean Roe, Chef de Cuisine, and Mike Olsen, General Manager, are dedicated to providing you with that memorable dining experience.

awsome!

THANK YOU, EMERIL!!! This place is a place you dream of! Try it at least once--more if you can afford it. Excellent food & service. Only drawback is the price. We ordered no drinks, shared a salad, had 2 entrees, and shared adessert--$140.00 dollars including tax & tip. Still saving to try it again!

Disappointed

My husband and I celebrated our anniversary here. We were disappointed. Food and service were average. Interior is nothing special, dining chairs were in need of repair and a good cleaning.

continually disappointing

Been four or five times with groups, not of my choice. Steaks are ok at best, and certainly overpriced. Flemmings even outdoes them as well as Del Friscos
