Fix Restaurant & Bar   

Known for his modern and stylish Light, Caramel and Mist clubs, Andrew Sasson uses that same trademark style to launch his first restaurant venue, FIX, where top-notch food and service are highlighted by a warm and intimate decor. The sophisticated design comes courtesy of Graft Labs, who've incorporated wood features throughout the restaurant on different levels. Former executive chef at Charlie Palmer Steak at the Four Seasons and Palmer protege Brian Massie heads up the kitchen for FIX; the menu bears some resemblance to Massie's former kitchen, with the soups and small plates offered, as well as the vegetables, which are ordered as sides. Options new to Strip dining, however, are the quaint mix of classic American food, such as chicken wings, paired with higher-end choices, such as Dom Perignon, daily hand-cut pastas and items which are to be "shared for the table." The bar/lounge has become a happening spot in and of itself, and features a full menu of specialty drinks.
