Calling all Parrotheads: Every day is now Paradise as Jimmy Buffett's Margaritaville, a modest American restaurant chain (which even has some locations in paradise itself, the Jamaican islands) makes it first move into the Southwest. The tropical-themed venue is certainly one big party, with two outdoor patios, five distinct bars and a 3,000-square-foot retail store encompassing the multi-level property. The Volcano Bar, with its three-story volcano that erupts into two giant 300-gallon blenders, is the focal point of the property, and spills out margaritas for all. The 'Clipper Level' consists of indoor and outdoor seating modeled after the Clipper seaplane. The top '12 Volt Level' is home to a bar of the same name and offers patio spots with sweeping views of the Strip. Stilt walkers, who construct Parrothead balloon hats for guests, are commonplace in the festive yet relaxing Margaritaville, and live bands play anything from island to rock music nightly. Videos are displayed on the sails of the life-size Euphoria boat, and the signature Cheeseburger in Paradise is always available. Other dishes, including the sirloin with pineapple-rum sauce and fresh Mahi Mahi, reflect a taste of the islands as well.
