This is a good example of the teppan style made popular by Benihana. But when the original has such a wonderful outpost over at the Las Vegas Hilton, why settle for imitations unless you're already at the Tropicana? If you are, this is a pricey version, but the food is tasty and cooked under your nose with all of the appropriate samurai-esque hocus pocus. Better be in a kibitzing mood since parties are seated together at the large teppan tables and you get to know your neighbor... and all of their jokes.
