What a success story! When there is a will, there is a way!. I remember this place started almost 18 years ago. It was a small grocery store with a few chairs and couple tables in the front patio. Look at it today! Two giant location, working on third and forth. I know paymon himself very well. A really good kid. He had a dream...and here you are. Perhaps the BEST Mediterranean Restaurant in America today. GO PAYMONS.

The food is Great. It is the PF Chang of all Mediterranean Restaurants. I hope to see Paymons go public soon. I wouldn't be surprised if it did. I am sure we will see more Paymons opening in Las Vegas and I love to see him open one in Scottsdale, AZ where I live. Good Luck and Best wishes to Paymons
