In ShortGiven that it's one of the city's masterpieces of culinary sophistication, it's only natural that this restaurant is named after a famous artist--and features 11 of his canvasses to boot. What's more,.the daily tasting menu and prix fixe menu--which use only the freshest ingredients--is as stunning as the scenery. Specialties include medallions of fallow deer with caramelized green apples, quail salad with sauteed artichokes and pine nuts, and sauteed black bass with cauliflower mousseline.

The room is beautiful and that is it. The food was mediocre and the server was snotty. Portions are miniscule. For the price I would never go back. Try La Cirque or Prime instead.

Picasso, for myself was just above an avarage dining experience. I dined at both of Las Vegas's top restaurants (Picasso and Renior) and enjoyed Renior much better. Service was equal to some of the top dining experiences in New York. I suggest trying Renior the next time in Vegas. Sorry Pablo!

Recently dined at Picasso on our wedding night, everything was fantastic, the service was first rate, the food was lovely, they may be small portions but with all the courses by the end you all well full up. I thought the price was resonable, it cost $200 for the two of us, that was with a bottle of sparkling wine
