Chef Ray Kwong's Pan-Asian menu features authentic Japanese, Korean, Cantonese and Thai dishes, many of which are prepared with pink ginger fusion. This cooking technique adds unique flavor to selections like Pink Ginger Beef, which is sliced and stir-fried with young ginger and pineapple. Other selections include sushi, sashimi, pad thai and Kalbi-marinated short ribs. Appetizers range from ginger wontons filled with crab and goat cheese to Peking duck sliders with scallions and cilantro.
