Rate and Write a Review An elegant steakhouse that has been earning kudos since it debuted at the hotel in 1997. The view of the Las Vegas Strip through a bank of massive windows is worth the price of admission. (Here's a tip: Reserve a table just before dusk and take in the light show as the sun sets and the neon- soaked street comes alive.) The dining experience begins with a serving of the oddly named "gift of friendship," a plate of bagel chips and salsa for the dipping. Appetizers include crabcakes, shellfish cocktails and a Southwestern artichoke and crab dip. Entres, served with salad, include a wide selection of steaks, chicken and lamb chops and seafood. The salmon fillet, laced with peppercorns, was magnificently flaky and flavorful.

the Range
Been there, done that & won't go back!! What a bunch of snobs! Food was not that great, either. Big deal--big windows! I want GOOD FOOD! And surprise--it's NOT CHEAP!
Great restaurant
The view was great and so was the food. The steaks were delicious, the only negative was the artichoke and crab dip. I won't order that again but I'd highly recommend The Range for anyone looking for a wonderful steak and classy atmosphere.
Not a great steak!
Sorry but our steaks were not very good. So many other great steak places to go to - don't wast your time or money going to the Range.
