From the big bowl of lettuce at one end to the carving station at the other, here you find everything that has made the buffet as much of a Las Vegas tradition as Wayne Newton. The large 900-seat room is done up in the same Moroccan motif as the rest of the hotel -- white columns with colored, inlaid tile, deep blues and coppers on the walls and artificial palm trees between the booths and tables. A trip down the food line offers few surprises: vegetable salads, fried chicken, slightly lumpy mashed potatoes, hot roast beef, cold dinner rolls and the usual buffet desserts. The second-floor location, far away from the noise and hubbub of the casino, is a good place to recharge your batteries before returning to the tables. The Sahara Buffet offers a champagne brunch on weekends, priced as reasonably as any in town. -- David Hofstede

The worst food I have ever eaten, save your money and eat at Macdonalds across the street. At least Mcd's uses a real egg on an egg McMuffin and it's served hot.

The food at this buffet was cold and terrible!!! Everything tasted like cardboard!!! Be nice to yourself....eat elsewhere. The Caravan Cafe at Sahara is better.

I liked the sahara.I liked it's buffet too.I liked the view, even though all you can really see is the Stratosphere and paradise rd. another thing i didn't really like about it is the fact that the entrance to the congo room is there.
