So many visual delights await diners in the Bellagios Shintaro restaurant that its difficult to decide where to look first. Theres the dining room itself, with its impeccable modern design and warm earth tones, and the fascinating jellyfish tanks at the sushi bar. Outside, the Bellagio Fountains perform their magical, musical show. Theres also the performance of Shintaros chefs at the teppanyaki tables, featuring multi-course dinners prepared with utensil-spinning flair. Shintaros selection of pan-Asian dishes includes authentic Teriyaki, Tempura and grilled dishes, accompanied by a large selection of Japanese beers and sakes. American and French wines are also available. Diners can select from an a la carte or prix fixe menu. The dragon rolls are a very popular selection. David Hofstede

Excellent Choice For Pre-Show
By jtorsney on 07/26/2007
I visited Shintaro before seeing Cirque de Soleil "O". The decor is striking and the service was very good. The three course pre-show menu is very limited but the food and presentation were excellent. Tables also have a view of the fountain show which is a nice bonus. Next time, I will try Shintaro's full ala carte menu.

SIMPLY THE BEST
By shadynblondie on 02/19/2007
This restaurants lobster rolls are simply unprecedented. Chef Yoki is also the best. Having eaten at all the Sushi places around town I can tell you this is it. Also, the cleanest and safest if you know what I mean. Jim
