High-definition plasma televisions, a plush billiards room and a handcrafted bar are just some or the upscale amenities that youll find on site. A separate 5,000 square foot party room can be found on the second floor, complete with a separate kitchen and wine cellar for your business or family gatherings. The Sierra Gold menu is a step above traditional bar fare. Offerings include slow-braised St. Louis ribs, spicy tuna rolls, steamed clams and mussels, hand-rolled pizza, a variety of flame-broiled burgers and fresh salads. In addition to a full bar and wide assortment of cocktails, Sierra Gold has an expansive wine list with pricey bottles or reasonably priced selections by the glass.
