It's true that $23.99 is hefty for a Las Vegas dinner buffet, but if any place has earned the privilege, it's the Aladdin's Spice World Buffet. Such publications as the New York Post and Las Vegas Review Journal have listed it among the city's best. In keeping with the hotel's theme, there's a Middle Eastern food station serving tabouli, hummus and curried vegetables alongside the customary Chinese, Italian and Mexican spreads. The chefs will gladly throw your herb-crusted strip loin back on the grill for extra flavor. Salads are excellent, especially the mixed field greens with toasted walnuts and pears in vinaigrette, and the sumptuous dessert station features fresh baked chocolate chip cookies. The colorful, California-style art deco room is well- designed, and even sports restrooms inside the buffet, which may be a Las Vegas first. Don't be surprised if a troupe of belly dancers from the Desert Passage shopping mall makes a circuit of the dining area.

Maybe it was the best...

They still advertised it as #1 buffet in Vegas. We went there in September 06 and found out that there are not that many selections of food. The hotel also gave away free coupons for eating here for certain guests.. I never ate here before and I highly doubted that it might have been great but it 's just ok now.. I 'd recommend that you go to the buffet at Wynn, it 's way much better (a little more expensive)

Food has gone down hill

We went to the Spice Market Buffet for the first time in six months and we were very disappointed. The food was cold, the quality of the vegetables was poor, the lack of good fish such as fresh salmon was missing and the general lack of quality was very apparent. The food use to be gourmet but I can get just as good of quality at Texas Station for $ 8.99. We will not be back to Spice Market and we can understand why there was no line to get in and the place was empty.
