The good news is that this may be the best buffet in Las Vegas; the bad news is it's only offered one day a week, and for the price you pay you might feel a bit silly having to carry your own plate. Every Sunday, Bally's Steakhouse is transformed into the luxurious Sterling Brunch, the kind of place England's royal family might patronize if they were into the all-you-can-eat experience.Very little of what's offered along the serving lines can be found at any other buffet in the city. Diners choose from such sophisticated fare as ostrich tenderloin and Maine lobster, braised rabbit with buttered linguine, stone crab, striped sea bass with sea beans and caper butter, caviar and foie gras, rack of lamb with Szechwan peppercorn crust and chateaubriand. To qualify as a brunch there are breakfast foods available as well, but at these prices you'd be crazy to fill up on waffles. Perrier Jouet champagne (served by footmen in formal dress) flows freely, and the desserts merit comparison to the finest pastry shops in Paris and Vienna. Yes, it's expensive, but if the gaming tables were good to you on Saturday night, there's no better place to spend the winnings on Sunday morning.

Golden not Sterling!

Yea, it costs a bunch. But it's worth even more. The price would be worth it for the food alone. The service takes it to another level. Take your time & enjoy while the staff pampers you. Make reservations! Come alittle early & enjoy champagne while you wait. The only Sunday Brunch that comes close is at the Brown Palace Hotel in Denver and that's because the Brown has historic atmosphere plus a great cigar room.

Absolutely the Best
By oo1mermaid on 09/13/2007
Absolutely the best brunch I have ever had anywhere in the world. I am a brunch fanatic that travels alot and this is a brunch that you just have to see and taste to believe. The food is phenominal and the champagne flows freely. Great champagne too, not the cheap stuff ! The buffet is elegant and the waiters are there to take care of your every desire. They will even cut your lobster or prime rib for you (anything for that matter). The caviar is superior and the freshly squeezed orange juice is addictive. Top of the line coffee and tea that will leave you wanting more. A must for brunch lovers.
