Close to Summerlin on the west side, this informal bistro is a 20 minute (and probably close to $20) cab ride from the Strip, so seafood-loving locals are the ones most likely to catch the fever here. A popular spot for cellphone-in-one-hand, tuna-in-the-other business lunches, Sushi Fever also amends their extensive menu for dinner with four sampler selections that range in price from $22-$32 per person. For all the novice or nervous sushi-eaters, be brave and don't let the menu overwhelm you. Forgive the strip mall location and dig in with chopstick, fork, finger -- whatever's necessary.
