Sushi Roku   

The Forum Shops at Caesars Palace underwent a $139 million expansion, adding close to 60 stores and restaurants to its already diverse group of offerings. Sushi Roku combines the hip vibe of its Los Angeles location with the Zen-like qualities of a modern Japanese dining establishment. The interiors soothing earth tones are complimented by the meditative sound of cascading water, creating a tranquil dining experience. In addition, the minimal combination of bamboo, chiseled stone and dark wood, further imbue the atmosphere with a hushed, relaxed feel. For a more lively dining experience, try the outdoor seating, which offers a spectacular view of the Strip. Chef Marimoto Masaru's menu features sushi flown in daily from around the world, making Sushi Roku a West coast giant of sushi. Specialties include yellowtail sashimi, as well as pan-fried spicy jumbo shrimp served with potatoes. Grilled lamb chop marinated in soy garlic is available for non-sushi eaters.
