No longer the elegant showplace it used to be, the Big Kitchen Buffet at Bally's has undergone an extensive renovation, during which the food line was transformed into a series of action exhibition stations. Though the charm of the dining area, which used to house the upscale Tracy's restaurant, has been compromised, the volume and quality of entree offerings remains impressive. You'll be glad the plates here are larger than at most serve-yourself venues. Both standard buffet items and international cuisine are available, with tender prime rib at the carving station, hamburgers and fish cooked to order. Save room for dessert -- a hot fudge sundae bar lets you pile on all the yummy ingredients yourself. Bally's Sunday Champagne Brunch, featuring Cordon Rouge Champagne, Sturgeon caviar, oysters, beef tenderloin and lobster, may be the most luxurious on the Strip.
