As you might expect from a Wynn creation, this lavish, smoke-free buffet is larger than life. The never-ending lineup features seventeen live-action exhibition cooking stations that are manned by master chefs who create made-to-order dishes before your eyes. Three-egg omelets and pancakes topped with fresh fruit are among the leading breakfast choices, while lunch is a bit more casual, consisting of such choices as all-you-can-eat pizza, sandwiches and salads. The gourmet dinner buffet is impressive, with prime rib, boiled shrimp and smoked salmon headlining. The spacious dining room is flooded with natural light that streams in through huge glass windows and give a natural glow to blooming flowers and trees sitting in the corners. Comfortable booths and tables fill the multiple dining areas.

Wynn does it right as he does most things.

OMG! This is the best buffet ever! The all you can eat jumbo shrip and crab legs alone are amazing. The turnover is fast and the small dishes on the buffet line show how fresh the food is. There are some different things but nothing over the top like Bellagio.. Bellagio serves duck and deer meat I don't eat that but if I did it would be off of a buffet line.
