In ShortGuests are greeted by a tightly-packed dining room of simple wooden tables and comfortable booths beneath decorative archways. An L-shaped, full-service bar with upholstered high-back chairs and a small television set take up one corner of the restaurant. Main courses are led by seared wild sockeye salmon seasoned with tart lemon shallot sauce with a tiny mound of delicate steamed rice, and fork-tender braised short ribs with creamy, jalapeno-dotted mashed potatoes.

Excellent Service
I had the sea bass, served with a delicate sauce that adds to the flavor of the bass, without overpowering. The tomato salad was beautiful and the creme brulee to die for. My hubby enjoyed his skirt steak (so tender), and the ceasar salad. I have eaten at many of the high end strip hotel restaurants and the best on the strip is only 4 in my book. Excellent service, excellent food in a casual setting. We hope to indulge at the New Year's Eve Dinner this year.
Simply the Best!
We absolutely love the food. We dine there often and have never had a meal that we did not like. It is very unique and tasty. My favorite neighborhood restaurant in Las Vegas.
