Wolfgang Puck's latest venture offers a full casino experience combined with an inspired twist on some old American favorites. The post-modern decor features 120 wine bottles enclosed in a glass case and a glittering copper and silver open kitchen. While you never feel too far removed from the high energy of the casino proper -- the main dining area looks out onto the craps tables -- you feel cozy enough among your fellow patrons and the watchful gaze of an attentive staff. Everything here is done with flair, from the grilled black forest ham panini sandwich, to the garlic chicken pizza. Other highlights include the veal ravioli with sage and Parmesan butter and the flat iron steak served with Maytag bleu cheese and fries. And, of course, you can always leave your appetite at the door and belly-up to the bar to watch the big game with some pals. Either way, this is one hip place to see and be seen.
