Mirage   

i usually hit up the city every weekend..but its nice to stay around locally. i've been going to mirage alot lately the past year and its pretty good. the music is good variety of mixes. i'm more into hip-hop and reggae but the house music here is amazing. saturday night majority of the heads are over 30 but its a fun crowd. thursday i would say is more packed and more younger insane heads. i mean you can meet someone if you want and are desperate. though i do give the benefit of the doubt there are very few decent people you can just chill with and dance. majority are girls who have so much makeup on that they look like clowns from Iowa..and guys who are so tan and buffed they look like overgrown lobsters. one thing i love about it is no matter how many people are there it doesn't get too conjested because its so big and so spacious compared to the city..when you have like more than 10 heads in the room and can't breathe. plus the bouncers here i have to say are extremely professional, definitely feel safe inside. if your in long island for the weekend, feel like dancing, chillin with friends, drinking, I definitely recommend this place..I mean its either this or tacky bars down the road owned by a guy name bubba

Last time I was there I hooked up with this really hot chick in a short mini skirt. So, I thought the place was great until she let a stinky one loose and stunk up the whole dance floor. I quickly had to leave and have not been back since.

I loved mirage nightclub. My girlfriends and I went on a sat. night and we had a blast. The club had a nice atmosphere and the music was great. The club goers and the staff were really friendly and the drinks were reasonably priced. It was nice to get out and dance rather than doing our regular ritual of dinner and drinks once a week. WE WILL DEFINATELY GO BACK SOON!! Who knows, we might even reserve a VIP area next time. Money well spent!!

music usually sucks here, the only plus that this place has is the huge dancefloor and....other then that its your run of the mill long island a-hole club on steroids
