If the lines outside the door are to be believed, Tabu is the place to be for hip hop and R&B. From the VIP area, hotties can get jiggy with it and then recline on one of the several beds, with fluffy pillows and animal print comforters -- while enjoying a silver-bucket bottle service. The dance floor cranks, especially on Thursday and Friday nights, when the 18-plus crowd get down to the latest hip-hop. Saturday is 23 and over, and DJs spin more hip-hop along with classic and modern R&B. If you're bored of watching '106 & Park' on BET, you might want to join the party at Tabu, but leave the teddy bear at home.

GET YOUR GROOVE ON!
Great place to have a great time. Yes, it needs more dance space. However, the staff is on point, the music is great, and vibe is always enjoyable. The Ladies dress sexy and the men know that they need to dress to impress to get the ladies attention! I live in Bedstuy and make the trip out there on Friday's because I know I'm going to have a wonderful time.
As for the issue of dance space. Perhaps, Bobby needs to buy the space next door and cut a doorway between there and the Club.

i was drugged feb 13, 2009 at tabu
IW AS DRUGGED AT TABU ALSO. so was my friends sister 's friend i come to find out a few days later. i was so sick, throwing up, speaking incoherently and passed out. thank god i was with my friend i couldnt walk he had to drive home. the club itself as far as music was good, the crowd was ok. but, one or two idiots can ruin it. i may go again but i will not drink. im not sure if it was the bartender who drugged me or a random person because i never put my drink down and pick it up again. never. and i didnt do it that night.

I always have a blast when i come to this club on a saturday night.. I am 23 about to be 24 and i always have a blast.. i am even thinking about getting the VIP section for my self for my 24th bornday. the crowed is pretty mature and people buy you drinks! lol
TABU LAST FRI AND SAT
MAN I WENT TO TABU LAST FRI AND SAT AND ALL I CAN SAY TO YOU FELLAS IS THE BARTENDERS AND THE LADIES IN THE CLUB BOTH LAST FRI AND SAT WAS AMAZING. I MET SO MANY BEAUTIFUL WOMEN IN THERE THAT I HAD TO RUN FOR COVER FOR A MINUTE....LOL
