Beach Bar   

Now entering its 12th year, this Hamptons fixture boasts a staying power that's hard to match. The Beach Bar has one of the largest outdoor decks on the East End, and there's also a bar menu with burgers, nachos and salads -- all for under $10. Happy hour from 2PM to 8PM on Friday and Saturday includes buckets of ice-cold Rolling Rock splits and freshly shucked clams and oysters. DJ Joey Jammz keeps this casual but neat beach crowd dancing through the night with the summer's best party music, and if that's not enough, there's a bubble machine and nightly drink specials. It's 21 to party, and the ladies definitely outnumber the guys. So when the sun goes down and the tide goes out, the beach party doesn't have to end.
