Faz's Tex Mex Grill   

If Huntington locals can't get enough Mexican food, then it's probably down to Faz Esmzadeh, who pioneered Tortilla Grill, and has moved to another part of the pasture. Faz's Tex-Mex Grill is a small, 24-seat storefront offering fresh, cooked-to-order Mexican and Southwestern inspired dishes, such as Faz's special chicken stew over rice with cheese and onion, and vegetarian chili over rice. The miraculous thing about this friendly, unassuming restaurant is that it's one of the few cheap eateries that actually offer fresh, home-cooked meals without any lard, oil, MSG, or artificial coloring and spices. So if the Monterey Jack cheese quesadilla sincronizada with chorizo doesn't win you over, you must at least respect a restaurant that doesn't even have a microwave in the kitchen.
