Owner Calvin Hu believes the secret to success lies in freshness -- a philosophy which extends from the kitchen to the dining room in the form of blossoming flowers. If you only have an hour off work, then you might want to order your seafood Chardonnay without further delay, or impress your colleagues with an appetizer of jelly fish. However, if the boss is out all afternoon, why not take a seat at the stylish, backlit bar with a glass of Simi cabernet sauvignon and work on starting a little office romance. If you're networking, try a whole Peking duck served with scallions and crepes, and you may find it easier to negotiate with a person who has hoisin sauce all over their hands.
