All American Hamburber Drive   

You'd expect a Massapequa institution to be housed in an imposing, grandiose structure, so when you actually catch a glimpse of All American Hamburger, you may do a double take. Sandwiched between a Carvel and an Italian restaurant, the takeout-only eatery has enough room for four or five lines maybe six people deep. In warmer weather, you can sit at one of the outdoor tables or tailgate in the parking lot like so many others who've discovered the All American appeal. The menu here is simple and the prices outrageously cheap: hamburgers, cheeseburgers, hot dogs, tuna sandwiches and grilled cheese are the main contenders, all offered for just a few dollars, with the usual fries, onion rings and shakes as willing accompaniments.
