Ciao Baby   

Over priced.Three glasses of wine, No appertizers NO dessert. The Sea Bass was lousy. Close to $200.00 for four people. We do go out and eat quite often, locally. Ciao Baby in Massapequa is off our list... I do not recommend this Ciao Baby.

The service sucks. The wait staff are disregarding and not attentive. What is it with the whole pasta presentation....just give me a menu. it was like someone trying to sell you time share! the food sucked.... I think we even got food poisoning from the alfredo sauce. I went with my husband and two kids...and after ordering one pasta with marinara (for the kids to split), and two alfredo pastas (one with chicken and one with shrimp) and two glasses of wine...the bill was $120!!!! ...And this place is overpriced. I threw up when i got home that evening and my husband had diarhea...we figured they gave us bad alfredo suace. i wouldn't send my worst enemy to this place! One of my worst dining experiences ever. I wish i cold get my momey back!

We "called ahead" a week in advance and were told that we could not make a reservation but that our having "called ahead" would put our name on their "list" so we would be seated in about 20 minutes upon arrival instead of the typical 40 minute wait on a saturday night without having "called ahead".............. 2 hours later (no exaggeration) despite numerous assurances from the hostess that we should be seated "any moment" we were still waiting. You would think we were going to an exclusive club and not a family restauraunt. We had 2 children with us ages 5 and 8. You ever wait 2 hours with 2 hungry children? This is no way to run a business. You lost me and my family as customers for life and as many people that I am able to tell about our horrendous experience. Our waitress even confided that managent purposefully tells customers they will be seated any second because they dont want to lose the business. I will never ever come back to ciao baby. CIAO BABY !!!! :(
