Ciao Baby   

I have gone there for my anniversary and for my first valentines day. GReat and excellent service even on the busiest day of the year! BEautiful music and such friendly service!

I've been to commack ciao baby twice. first time in april '07 then again this past sept. First time was great, food was prepared wonderfully well. Second time was so awful that i decided to write a letter detailing every culinary disaster. To make matters worse, this establishment will not even acknowledge my letter nor return my phone calls. This is poor business ettiquette! If only i had gone to colesseo's in port jefferson and had my usual, outstanding gramma's pie instead of spending over 100.00 for 4 people on horrible food at ciao baby's.......if only Dawn Martin

Avoid this place. How it is Zagat rated is beyond me? I suppose the Commack area is so desperate for places to go that this is where people end up. The prices are what they are. That is not my complaint. My complaint is the awful, bland, lousy, food. What they put out of the kitchen is no better than anything from a local pizzeria (but maybe much worse). So save your appetite for anywhere but here. What I will enjoy most about Ciao Baby is telling people not to go there. No self respecting Italian-American could ever recommend this restaurant. I would give them zero stars but AOL won't allow me.

i have been here twice. This place is great for authentic Italian. Bad reviews should be ignored. The portions are huge, its good to share... service was good ... a little expensive but such huge portions its really not that bad
