Check your attitude at the door in this 20-year-old Los Feliz watering hole. Whether it's 6AM or midnight, you're sure to find some long-time neighborhood residents swapping stories at the bar. Once part of a trio of bars on the same block affectionately known as the "Hillhurst Triangle," the Drawing Room also brings in some of the artsy Silverlake types into its dim, cluttered interior. The decor is predictably nonexistent save the giant mural of the US on one wall. Proudly displayed and covering half of California is a star and the bar's name. The quiet juke, candles, and booth lined wall fronted by round cocktail tables make this a good place to sip reasonably priced beer while discussing your latest script revision.
