Located in an expansive structure, Anthropologie's store design has the feel of an open-air market -- which perfectly houses the store's exotically inspired merchandise. The store's buyers spend about six months out of the year combing the globe -- mostly India, Europe and the Far East -- for clothing, accessories and lifestyle items with exotic flair. The racks are filled with clothes colored in crimson, ochre, cinnamon, violet, magenta, cream and many other vibrant hues. The clothing and other items are moderately priced, and there are often large sales. One caution: the sizes run a bit small. In addition to the clothing, you can also find many items for you home here from candleholders to bath products.
