Wes's Review
By wbent4 on 04/19/2005
Since 1984 I have dined here. I so miss the old days of this place, no more Salad Bar, service has changed, some days real good and some not so good. I enjoy the view the most however Mgmt needs to improve. This use to be my favorite rest. I suggest the Newport Beach location much better in food and service, also they have salad bar. The OC is much woth it.

Lobster Bisque
By elliottmoxie on 01/29/2005
While vacationing in the area, the lobster bisque was the best ever, hard to beat coming from the East coast.

Hostile hostess
By savibhim on 10/10/2004
We went to celebrate a birthday but ended up having to leave. We asked the hostess if we could have a window seating since there were quite a few available, she refused us, threw the menus on the table and on her way out advised us that the wine list was at the back. While what she was telling us was probably company policy we do feel it could have been done in a friendly manner. Even the bus boy could not hide his expression of astonishment at the apparent rudeness of this person. I am hoping that this was an isolated incident since the parking attendant was very courteous. However, we were so turned off that we don't want to take another chance at being humiliated again.
